Ingredientes:
45ml de azeite de oliva
1 cebola bem picadinha
2 dentes de alho picados
250g de bacon picado grosseiramente (usei 10g bem picadinho)
500g de peito de frango cortado em cubos (usei sobrecoxa desossada)
250g de cogumelos picados grosseiramente
3 colheres (sopa) de folhas de tomilho
250g de creme de leite (usei o fresco)
Sal e pimenta-do-reino moída na hora, a gosto
4 batatas média, descascadas
3 colheres (sopa) de manteiga derretida
Sal grosso a gosto
Modo de fazer:
- Preaqueça o forno a 200ºC.
- Aqueça o azeite de oliva numa panela média e adicione a cebola e o alho. Frite por 3 minutos, ou até ganhar cor. Acrescente o bacon e frite por mais 5 minutos. Adicione o frango, os cogumelos e o tomilho. Frite por mais 5 minutos.
- Ainda na panela, verta o creme de leite e cozinhe rapidamente por mais 4 minutos, ou até o molho se tornar um caldo cremoso. Acerte os temperos, e coloque a mistura em uma forma.
- Com uma faca afiada, fatie as batatas em lâminas finas. Distribua as lâminas por cima, cubra com a manteiga derretida e salpique sal grosso. Asse de 15 a 20 minutos, até que as batatas fiaquem macias e douradas. Sirva quente.
Usei o creme de leite fresco porque nunca sei se o de caixinha vai talhar se aquecer demais.
